When you push your limits hard, the payoff is big.
I have found this to be true. The days I don't feel like working out and I suck it up and do it anyway are the days I end up feeling the best. Each day I need to strive to push a little harder, to do a little more than I have in the past. I can't expect to do the same ol' thing and get a different result.
Day 13
So proud of myself today. Went to a potluck dinner tonight and brought what I could legally eat. Put whole wheat pasta and turkey sausage in lowfat marinara in the crockpot and brought a salad. Everybody else ate it too and there wasn't a drop left. Now THAT was a plan!
