I am becoming comfortable with being a little bit hungry. Eating on a structured, sensible plan is the best way to keep my blood sugar stable and not get too hungry, so I can finally begin to sense when my body needs food. Starting larger and getting smaller with the meals throughout the day is definitely the way to go. Taking snacks is also key.
Day 14
Knowing that I was going to eat lunch out today, I did 2 water aerobics classes. That really helps since you don't want to "undo" all that hard work!
