Break it Down

Just. break. it. down. Singularly devestatingly good advice. Step by step, little by little. Not overwhelming in small chunks. Just get started.

Day 6
Whose idea was it to make a menu with broccoli 2 days in a row? Wow. Now I remember why I don't do that. Not to mention the garlic, refried beans, lentils and salad. I feel like I'm going to explode.

Had a moment of weakness at Target late this afternoon because I was so hungry. I wavered in the food aisles, but pushed through it by buying cocoa-covered almonds and eating 1/4 cup for 150 calories. Got me through.

Done for the day and BL is on now. Off for some motivation.
