Day 2 Repeat

Technically Day 3.

Repeating Day 2 menu:
1. to use up the oats leftovers,
2. to use the ingredients for Doc's Chili which I've already purchased
3. to let my friends who are going to do this with me catch up.

Day 2 (Repeat)
Skipped snack this morning as I was working on the house some more. Went straight to lunch, but don't really like sushi, so substituted a whole wheat bagel with chicken and lowfat cheese melted under the broiler. And a pear.

So far so good.
