Day 5 Repeat

Day 5 here we go again
Trying again with the menu. With 6:00 Mass last night I didn't have time to make the Pork Stirfry with Garlic Broccoli.

Enjoyed the large breakfast again. Thought I would be uncomfortable in the water with all that in my tummy, but wasn't a problem, I just floated more.

Weighed in today for the start of the big contest. I've lost 12 pounds since the last contest. Not bad, but only a dent. I can do better now that I am sleeping well.

Salad and cottage cheese with slivered almonds and pear for post-workout snack/lunch. Not even remotely tempted to stray yet. Knock on wood.
