I may not have been traveling today, but this lesson couldn't have come at a better time because today was dreaded Errand Day. I knew I would be in the car all afternoon so this required planning ahead. Took blueberry muffins (see previous post) and SouthBeach approved "Nut"trition pack. This proved to be particularly helpful when we decided at the last minute to go see "Fame" right after I picked up at school. Bypassed the concession stand altogether and noshed on nuts (preportioned too!) instead of popcorn. Felt all self-righteous and victorious.
Planned ahead for eating out lunch today too. Knew I would be tempted to eat my regular Blackbird sandwich, which is all perfectly legal except for the cream cheese, so did 90 minutes of cardio to counteract. Almost killed me but didn't.
